Introduction
These terms of use represent a legal agreement between the user and Horizons of Psychology (Slovenian Psychologists' Association) for using the services of Horizons of Psychology. When visiting or using the services of Horizons of Psychology, the user is bound to these terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site. The users who create a user account on the Horizons of Psychology web page have to agree with these terms, the privacy policy, and, in case of manuscript submission, with the publication ethics and publication malpractice statement.
Copyright notice and (re)use of published articles and copyrighted materials
Policy on prepublication
The editorial board of Horizons of Psychology will not consider manuscripts that have been previously published or are in the process of publishing in other publications.
Copyright Agreement
After the manuscript has been accepted for publication, the authors have to fill out and sign the Copyright Agreement. The agreement can be printed and sent to the editor-in-chief by ordinary mail or scanned and sent to the editor's e-mail. By signing the agreement, authors retain ownership of the copyright for their article and grant the publisher the right of first publication under the conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC-BY license). This license allows end users to share and adapt published articles with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
Reuse of copyrighted materials
If any of the manuscript materials (e.g., table or a figure) are reproduced from another source, authors are required to obtain permission from the copyright holder and proof of permission must be uploaded at the time of submission.

Ethics
By submitting the manuscript to the Horizons of Psychology the author(s) agree that the research pertaining to the manuscript and the manuscript preparation were done in compliance with APA Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct and guidelines/resources available on the APA Publication Practices & Responsible Authorship web page.

Limitation of liability
Horizons of Psychology (Slovenian Psychologists' Association) does not hold any responsibility for:
- authenticity, integrity, or accuracy of the information, published on the Horizons of Psychology web page;
- users' actions based on the published information on the Horizons of Psychology web page;
- any kind of damage that resulted as a consequence of technical problems, permanent or temporary unavailability of certain services, or other problems (e.g., electrical shortage, mechanical damage, computer virus etc.);
- violation of intellectual property rights or privacy pertaining to published links to other services and web pages;
- any kind of damage to the user's computer hardware, used for accessing Horizons of Psychology web page;
- any loss of the user's data on her/his computer hardware that are directly or indirectly related to accessing (or using the services of) Horizons of Psychology web page.
